Food Obesity

Food Obesity is most usually brought on by over eating and a lack of exercise. If you don't utilize the energy through exercise and physical activity, your body will store a lot of it, particularly in the form of fat and sugar. Potato chips, sweets, desserts, refined grains, processed meats, and red meats are the foods most frequently linked to weight gain. According to experts, these foods don't offer any nutritional benefits, neither do other ultra-processed choices.
